ok i got the amulet to go to the daedric lord thing, got the currias and scourge. then i decided to kill davith fyr and take all his daedric armor. I killed him pretty earlyin the game. so by killing him did i mess up the game or will the dwarf still make the wraithgaurd for me?

If you haven't done the corprus cure quest yet, you've messed up the game. Afterwards though, hes perfectly killable.

If you do something stupid like kill Divayth Fyr before you are cured, then the usual main quest is pretty much screwed.
There is an alternate way to finish the game, but the Dwemer spider guy must be alive for it to work. Needless to say I wouldn't wish this path on my worst enemy, but it is possible.

There is a way to cure corprus if you killed fyr first? how?
