Alright, I don't know if I did something wrong, or if every FAQ on the internet doesn't cover this.. :weird:
I'm at the point in the game where Tracer Tong has just disabled your killswitch, and then he tells you to go steal the Dragon Tooth sword data. Well you know that "secret door" in the dojo that you used to get down to Tracer Tong? I closed it on my way in. (bad Thief habbits) :cheeky:
So now when I'm trying to get back out into the dojo, the door just says "locked". No matter what I do, I can't open the door, and there are no switches or keypads in the narrow hallway. :wot:
Am I screwed? :sweat:

Just turn on the cheats for a second, ghost your way in, then turn them back off.

I entered the code on the keypad before entering the quickly darted inside before it closed.
And I don't want to cheat, otherwise a big "CHEATS ENABLED" is stuck on your save game.

Well, it's pretty easy to turn the cheats off again. When you enable cheats it's "set blah.blah.blah. CheatsEnabled true". To turn the cheats off, do that same command line code but change the "true" to "false."
For clarification: the "blah.blah.blah." means I don't remember precisely what goes there. You can find it in plenty of places online.

It shouldn't. If you save while you have cheats on then it will say the big "CHEATS ENABLED." If you save after you disable cheats, there should be nothing on your save game.

(The only times I've ever cheated at Deus Ex was using the -hax0r command line, that's why I couldn't save without the cheats enabled label appearing) :cheeky:
