DarkLoader is not recognizing that I have any Fan Missions in the directory which I defined the path to.
I am using Windows 7 x64 and I am patched both on Thief Gold and Thief 2, as well as the hyperthreading/dual core.
Could someone help me? I would like play some fan missions!

Try a search for WIN 7 in the TECH and Legacy game forums. There are some tweaks for Win7 that have worked, and it do make a difference if you are trying to use a laptop as opposed to a desktop unit.

Press "setup" in DL and take a picture "print screen". Post it here ;)
Make sure, the FM-folder isn't protected in any way.
