After playing Thief for about 15 years now I have a problem that never occurred before.
Bong X and I get the following in a box I have never seen before when starting with Darkloader.
Exception EAccessViolation dans le module KERNELBASE.dll a'
0002F98C
Violation d'acces's l'adresse 76DF98C du module 'KERNELBASE.dll'.
Lecture de l'adresse 01DE8000.
The last FM save was the start of "Just Friends". I can go directly to my thief.exe and it will start but there is no way to get darkloader to work.
HELP anyone ?
NEVER MIND. I deleted the FM I was playing through C:\ directory. I won't try downloading the FM again because I remember playing it years ago. Replay would be fine but not worth the hassle.

That error crops up occasionally. It's a good idea to install the OM before closing Darkloader. Doesn't happen often but sometimes DL doesn't clean up the installation folder properly and leftover files can mess up a new FM.

That Error cropped up for me today..deleted "an old friend" and the problem went away.
Odd isn't it.

I get this error for the first time ever and I cant even open darkloader it closes immediately after i click ok on the error so I dont even know what was the last mission I played! Please help me I will be in debt to whoever helps! :confused:
Well it got to me like a lamp lighting up itself in the mind of a genius!
I just moved all missions to another folder opened darkloader and it works again
