No, I said that there is no Dark Brotherhood faction coded into the game.

So you can't join it, obviously. Or have you forgotten what the thread was asking? Jeesh, I was only stating that there's no Dark Brotherhood faction coded into the game, therefore you cannot join it. Wasn't trying to start an argument or anything.

How do you go about joining the "Census and Excise" faction?
I'm working on an CPA class (have abacus, will travel), and it sounds just the thing...

All of you that say you cant join Commona Tong your wrong......after you complete the main quest (Dagoth Ur and what not) check your faction list you should now be a member of House Hlialu even if you are already in another house.....at least I was.....Im not sure that it will work though if you are in House Redoran....it should say you are a House Cousin if you just got in or whatever your current rank is in the house. If you have killed Orvas Dren at his plantation you can go to the duke in Ebonheart and ask him about the Commona Tong. He will then send you to talk to Orvas at his plantation!Hope this helps
