Galbedir's family has arrived in Vvardenfell! Seek them out and if you're nice enough, they may reveal some family secrets! Namely, their discovery that drilling a hole in the end of arrows will allow the packing of ingredients to produce effects on impact! They have even started their own periodical highlighting discoveries in the field of Offensive Alchemy! Perhaps you can help them discover new and more powerful combinations of ingredients?
Use Alchemy for destructive purposes at your own risk, it could blow up in your face!
Be sure and perform the loading of your elemental projectiles at a safe distance from townsfolk when you are inexperienced. The worse the odds vs your Alchemy skill, the more likely you will end up with an explosion.(effect formulae are not explosive, no need to worry about them igniting, just watch out for those elementals and poisons!)
Governing Attribute: Alchemy skill
You can also drill your own Hollow Arrows out of regular Iron or Silver arrows(silver arrows are easier to work with, you'll have more luck with them.)
Governing Attribute: Armorer skill
Finally a use for all those rusty arrows and ingredients rotting in a crate downstairs at your stronghold!
:idea:

download link is down for the moment. some people discovered bugs and I'm at work on them.
Rest assured, when this mod is completely bug free I will release it to all Morrowind mod databases for all to download! For now I'm airing it a little on the forums to get a few extra paws in the sandbox, it'll speed up the bug trapping process a whole lot ^_^;

added the ability to hollow out steel arrows, along with iron and silver(in order of success likelyhood: silver, steel, iron)
also made your efforts a little more hectic, if you mess up badly enough using primo ingredients you'll get more than just singed! better obtain a labcoat if you're not very experienced with Alchemy and are interested in more firepower, or if you don't have much HP.
Then again, you could just skip the whole elemental bit and get into effect-inducing arrows! Those are 100% safe to make.
thanks everyone for reporting bugs, it's really shaping up! This should be my final release, anything afterwards will have to be an expansion on the ingredient combination possibilities.
