:tsktsk: i was in rabashi's rare books in the foreign quarter of vivec looking for "Progress of Truth" for the cassius, and i was looking around and reading the books to see if i could increase any of my skill and i found it before i even talked to rabashi himself. Well, without thinking i took it and the ordinator was standing right there, so, not wanting a to be hunted, i paid the fine.
Well, to make an already too long story shorter, i paid the fine but the book was never replaced and i need a copy for the main quest of the game.
Can someone please tell me where to get a copy of "progress of truth", or, i am willing to use the panel to get the game moving along, so if someone could tell me the line to enter in the panel i would be grateful.

I assume you are refering to Jobasha's rare books. You have a few options:
1. Go back to the library and steal a copy fom there. It should be in the 'hidden library' somewhere.
2. Dorisa Darvel, a bookseller in Balmora (opposite the Fighters and Mages guilds) should have a copy.
3. Get that copy back by visiting Ebonheart and finding the Evidence chest in Hawkmoth Legion Garrison.
This time, if you want to steal it, don't get caught :p

Thanks alot man, you could have easily have told me to F**k Off. In my haste I didnt search the whole forum and afterward i found like 5 addressing this problem.
