I've killed Dagoth Ur by killing the heart and then him..... the new god crumbles, there's an earthquake, yadda yadda yadda.........Now what? I've talked with Vivec, the guy at high fane, and the Urshilaku wise woman, and they say I haven't completed the prophecy. How do I beat the game?!?!!?

A: Go back to Dagoth Ur's house of Doom and leave the way you came in. If you have a previous save it might save you some time.

actually, it's a sort of bug... you've basically already finished the prophecies. If you talk to the ppl again, crasius curio, sarethi, the archcannon, wise woman, etc. they will acknowledge that you finished the prophecies. For some reason, there is no trigger to turn off the...
"%pcname, why haven't you fullfilled the prophecies, the archcannon is desperate to see you..."
Best thing to do is to ignore it.
