He said he'd been named Nerevarine. That means he's after the part concerning Caius Cosades (or should be.) It's strange that Caius left before you talked to him. He gives you some clothes when he goes.
What Master Yoshi was saying was to go to the Urshilaku Camp on the Northern Coast of Vvardenfell (Eastish of Khuul and a little Northish... just follow the coast.) Talk to the Wise Woman there, she should be the one who gives you orders.

Search all the ruin's inside ghostgate. you'll be sure to find it then... i think the planbook is in one called, Kagrenac's library. the other is in the dwemer training academy. dont know exactly what they're called...

You don't actually need those to move ahead in the game, do you?
It's been awhile since I did the MQ, but I thought once you have sunder, keening, and wraithguard, you're ready to take on the big guy.

You need Kagrenac's books if you took the other way of doing the quest and killed Vivec. If you do the plot the normal way, you don't need them.

From inside the Odrosal citadel. It's northeast of ghost gate. From the Ghost Gate, head north to the highest point, the turn east. That should get you there ;)
