I have been around the iilubni (sp) caves 3 or 4 times I have killed everthing in there 3 or 4 times where is the dude he cant posisbly be in the caves I have over turned every rock in there so to speak,he is not an assended sleeper is he? if I kill him wont my journal say it was updated? I did a search for this but all i got was something on corpus desease, you are supposed to get! hey I would love to catch it if I could just find the guy!!!!!!

Try looking in "Soul's Rattle"; there's only one door into it, and it's easy to miss.
