OK, im now master of morag tong... but i dint get any dagger called Black Hand...
so if anyone know how to get is, plz tell me :)
or if there is no way... maybe console command? Hmmm

Hmm... you mean you're the "Grandmaster" of the Morag Tong? If so, and you haven't yet obtained it, you can't get it w/out the console. You get it if you do all his "special duties".
As to the console command, it's:
player->additem "daedric dagger_mtas" 1
