I have heard on many other forums that the Daedric Tanto was a very nice weapon-I would just like to know if any of you could tell me where i might be able to get one!

there are a million ways to get one... go to gnisis then walk to brendas (the stronghold on your map right by gnisis) you can sneak in there and get a free daedric dagger and spear, or fight the dremora lords to get other random weapons...
or you can checkout my thread "big time spoiler" but note this can be tough if you dont have the loot to spend on enchanted items... your call.

Go to the Ald Sotha Daedric Ruins -
You can get 2, yes 2(!) daedric Tantos in the shrine room in this ruin - one is actually in front of the shrine where the offerings usually are and the other is in the hands of one of the daedra cultists.
Be warned though there are a lot of Dremora and Dremora Lords in this ruin so if you feel your not ready to face them don't bother trying for a while. Also this ruin and the cultists i've mentioned are part of a Morag Tong quest so if you are a part of the Morag Tong or wish to be in the future you may want to leave it untill you get the quest officially.

Just FYI, this is one of the few Morag Tong quests where doing it early will still get you full credit and rewards. Of course, you should be sure not to lose the Sanguine items within... ;)
