I am looking for some Daedric Pauldron's to complete my collection. Where can I find them??

Divayth Fyr in Tel Fyr has the only Daedric Pauldrons in the game (as far as I've been told). Since hes needed for the main quest, I wouldn't get too hasty and chop his fool corprus loving head off ;)

I found mine in one of the sleeper caves -- it may have been in the Red Mountain Region, not sure. Sorry, I don't remember which one it was. All I remember is that it was really dark and they were hard to see.

Since there are no Daedric Paludrons available without console commands or plugins, besides those Divayth Fyr wears, one or more of the following apply to your statement :
1) You used a console command to add them
2) You used a plugin that added them there
3) You remember wrong about what you found
4) You thought he was talking about D. Gauntlets (a pair of those can be found in a sixth house base - Kogoruhn, and it's a bit dark there too)
5) You want to make him search everywhere
I'll guess option 4 applies.

One quick question:
After you've been permanently cured of corprus, is Divayth Fyr ever needed in non-main non-Telvanni quests? If he isn't, I'm stripping him ;)

EV: Nope, he's not needed after that. Btw, if you're either sloppy or extremely cautious (I'm the latter), don't kill him until you've gotten Wraithguard... if you screw up the main quest badly enough, the person who can facilitate your path thru the "alternate" main quest won't help if Divayth is dead.
xcelreight: The person who sells you the "tramp" tells you where to go to get them. Try reading your Journal? ;)
