Ok I have a nightblade so its not for him if you read any of my other posts and are thinking im crazy....I also just started a custom class and would really like to know how i initiate this quest. I tried searching but i came up empty. I tried talking to everyone in the haunted manor but none of them mentioned anything about doing any sort of job/quest or an axe of any kind! What do i do!!!!!!!???????

First you need to actually find the dungeon Dram Bero is looking for. Its called Vassir-Didanat, and is across from the Odai Plateau, on the other side of the Odai River. Look for a door hidden in a large pile of rock. Once you find it, enter it and then leave, and get back to Vivec to talk to Dram Bero again. This time, one of the speech topics will be "Vassir-Didanat." He'll ask you for the location, just say you'll give it to him. After that, he'll give you the choice of a daedric weapon.
