first thing, getting the stuff isn't the trouble. don't go tell me to steal the stuff, I've already done it :)
But I'm wondering, if you don't steal, and you don't use the infinite donations bug in the Eight Plates, is it possible to get 5 donated bottles? I got one from corner club, one from lucky lockup, one from eight plates and one from the council club (mean ol' git, you gotta persuade him to over 90 first then he gives you the brandy to get rid of you and his disposition drops to 6, bleh) and that's 4, just one short. This is me basically trying to make my journal as long as possible, since with tribunal installed now I no longer need bother going back 52 pages to find an old quest, yay!
as for the three rings, i know thief ring can be got elsewhere (guaranteed) but I don't know any locations for fighter ring and the only mage ring one I know belongs to the Caldera Mages Guild teleporter woman who I'd rather not kill. Any places for fighter/mage ring would be helpful, cause I left the haunting quest unfinished until i find which ring I won't have by that time.
On the subject of that quest: one of the people in the Sadrith Mora mages guild mentions about the person doing the haunting that she was using divine intervention or mark/recall. This is deemed important enough for a journal entry, but doesn't seem to actually affect the quest in any way whatsoever. This might be because i talked with the person after I got the confession and the ghost-free papers from the one doing the haunting, but I don't know. Anyone shed some light on this?
