Well, if he's talking about people like Ken, Alex, Blutch et al, it would be a matter of the admins simply changing them themselves, wouldn't it? It'd certainly cause less confusion for new members as to who they are.

They can do. We have approached a couple of the devs about this before, but none of them cared either way.
If there are any devs that would like a custom title than we can add one easily enough.
