Right, well I started reading the editor tutorial and can make a room and all but I really just want to know how to make a custom item.
Basically I want to get an already existing item, create a copy and edit its properties. Is there a simple way to do it?
[Edit] Well I figured out how to do it and I gave it a constant effect which works at first but as soon as you do anything it stops and won't work at all. Any help? :p [/Edit]

Yeah, the artwork is all there. It's just a duplicate of a common ring with some enchantment on it.
I can see it in the game and pick it up and wear it but the enchantment only works until I do something like talk to someone or pick something up.
Is it something to do with the Charge amount? If it is what should I set it to to make it permanent.

I don't seem to recall any issues like that. I'm guessing you made your own enchantment, then applied it? You shouldn't have to do anything besides select it from the list...
