I saw an animator (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ni_95zPr7aY) talking about the 2D animation for this video, which was interesting, and the discussion in the comments by people that have been following the band for a long time. It's interesting that he correctly back-predicted their original look and there was a discussion about Jamie Hewlett's style, especially the fine detailed "teethy" & "messy hair" part, which he didn't like, but about which the commenters came out of the woodwork to note that it's his hallmark style and kind of good in branding him exactly because it grates against the classic rules.

I just realized part of why I like Renee is because she reminds me of my wife. In looks and demeaner. She has calmed some over the years though.
