I heard this as a no words just fade out tune on Sunday Morning show and it reminded me how much I like Neil Youngs songs. Strange how so many who write well don't live the things they write. Perhaps they search for gold so much they never learn to polish a silver heart till it shines. Anyway this is a nice sentimental one and reminds me how my wife and I danced at The Gin till it burned down.

Lil Ugly Mane has dropped a (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkwr82I_lHM) new album that has a new sound for him, so far out there that I don't think any explanation could give justice to it. It's good though. The album art probably sums it up as well as anything.

The Other Favorites' tune they dropped from their new album today was a good one. I don't know if it bests the other folk Cherry Wine out there, but it gives it a run for its money. (For the record, though, probably the best track on the album, that we know so far, is (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VM2uwYcgFs0) Have Mercy.)

Wow. I'd never heard of them (thank you :thumb:). Such a breadth of material and skill. I went on to watch (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tu4F_ory77s) Live in London and (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yzu8lWPVWpg) bits left out. I know they're videos but I enthusiastically clapped as though I was in audience. :D (Yes including the Dylan song). Yeah they're great! Josh is at the center of this incredible circle of people that make great music from any and all time periods. There's (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UC0wv3p05Wc) a lot of them. Another one high on the list is Allison Young, whom I've been thinking about because she and Josh also just made a new video a few days ago. (& their versions of Fever & Crazy are off the charts.)

Another often unseen one in his pantheon is (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UC0wv3p05Wc) Kelly, whom he just married. She's usually the camera operator in these videos, and you always know it's her because she loves these extreme closeups, and she always seems to linger wistfully on Josh, which is kind of cute once you start noticing it.
