I would also like to second (or fourth) the statement that childless women of a certain age do get quite a bit of commentary (at least in the parts of America where I have lived) about the fact that they don't have kids, and I can certainly understand that it can be frustrating for someone when it is family and close associates who say such things.

Why should there be anything? But if you want an answer, there will be my novels that will touch the hearts of random strangers who happen to read them (I know they touch hearts, because many readers have told it to me personally ;) ).
