What is your life's purpose if you're not going to have kids?
Sure, you'll also have a lot of great moments, maybe more than a parent, but that's not what I mean. The moment you die, what will be left of you? You may have touched a lot of peoples lives and had an influence on them but you probably missed the best chance, the closest relation you could have had to any living human.
Of course a kid is not a "mini-me", they're still different persons which is why the teenage years are so hard. Still that's a reason which drives many breeders, like myself.
You know, to catch the coattail of eternity, make a lasting impression, leave a part of you in this circus and let yourself and your views not be forgotten so fast. I really wonder how you childfree people deal with that.

For the record I don't take offense at the term "childfree" like I do at the term "breeder"- because the terms were created with different connotations. Childfree is basically a movement; "breeder" is a derogatory term.
That said, a lot of Childfree people are horrible individuals who probably shouldn't be allowed to have children anyway.

Life is made up of several experiences. There's your spouse, your career, your family, your friends, your community, etc. While I do agree that having children is an experience and a person could be missing that, to imply that not having this experience will somehow make their life incomplete is a bit over the top.
