Not all the time. She only screams once when sunlight wounds her or when her powers lower. Or when it's time for another being to fall a victim of feeding, I don't know which exactly :)
As for appearances, I don't think it's fair. Beginning from the options given a player to create his/her own character vs. the options taken to create the NPC, ending with the look that I have vs. mentioned above vampires look :cheeky: u-n-f-a-i-r

I think you can be kicked out of the Mages' Guild twice but can reapply. The third time you are expelled you can't get back in.
And as for the bonuses Lytha, let's just say that my character (levelled in the teens) was very glad of them - I think I'm stuck in a bit of a levelling trap again. :erg:
The screaming-in-the-sunlight should only occur at the fullest stage of the vampire transformation, when you haven't fed for several days. It disappears as soon as you feed.

Will the face reset to completely normal after the vampirism is cured, anyway?
The leveling trap is nasty, and it's the reason for a quite contra-immersive start and counter-intuitive main skills: I run around in heavy armor and swing my blade and occasionally my fists instead of acting like a happy sniper...
... maybe I'll some day return to the recommended class ("you're an assassin," Baurus told me after my first, innocent time in the tutorial) for the extra difficulty. ;)

Your face, I am told, basically ages twenty years when you become a vampire; it definitely resets back to the original look when you're cured.

She aged a couple of hundred years in my case. I created her at the youngest possible age - and as a vampire, she looked like the mummy of Ramses II. :p

Boy, am I happy for resurrecting this thread! :p
EDIT:
Now seriousely: can I find all 4 gems in the Mages Guilds (I've already bought 1)?
BTW, another disappointing thing is, you cannot steal the same things you can buy. The list of things they offer you to purchase is simply not there at night when you break in. :( I had an attempt to steal the gem at the same place, because I didn't want to waste time and it was night. But it was not there, just like any other stuff offered to me the next morning. :(

I don't think that they have 4 or 5 grand soulgems at display there. It's probably only one or two.
UESP has some more locations of empty grand soul gems. :) I'd probably simply go on a shopping round through all of the cities to collect them though.
No idea where the merchants store their goods, really. Can't be in their inventory, or they'd be heavily overencumbered; and it's not on display for sure. Maybe they have their little bags of holding each. ;)

It's not
that simple now :) You have to wait till dark to fast travel and then - wait till daylight to make purchases... Much time is being wasted, is what I mean to say. But this is the only choice, I suppose.

As I mentioned above (stop ignoring me :( ), you can fast travel whenever you like as long as you have fed recently.

I tried that - no success (we are not!:p )
Besides, after I have recently fed, it is usually dark yet so of course I can fast travel :)
