Is it possible to take pics/screenshots while in CS?

You can probably use the basic Windows "Print Screen" button; that sends it to the clipboard (ie: the place things go when you Copy or Cut text, files, etc). Then you just need to open a grahics program (eg: Programs->Accessories->Paint , for a really low-end one) and paste it in.
You'll probably need to do a Ctrl+PrtScrn , Shift+PrtScrn, or Alt+PrtScrn , but I forget which one does what; one just copies an image of the window you're on into the clipboard, another copies an image of your entire desktop.

PrtScrn = everything
Alt + Prt Scrn = active window only
