Ok I am new to the use of the CS. Now I have done map building, levels, etc on SDK but this is throwing me off. Is there a simple way just to add people to certain areas of the game. Say as: I add random skeletons to Balmora or more people/critters into my house stronghold. There may just be an easy solution to this and I am being a silly little nOOb.

I'm not sure if I'm understanding this, but if you're looking to add new NPC's or critters, just use the NPC tab. I think there's a Creatures tab too, but I haven't used the CS in so long I can't remember.
Just find the cell (bottom right window in the CS lists the cells) you want to modify, double click it, then drag the NPC or creature from the tabbed lists on the left to the viewing.. window... whatchamacallit on the top right.
You can create your own custom NPCs by right clicking on the NPC list and clicking 'New.' Or you can edit a pre-existing NPC and give it a new ID. Once you start getting to dialogue, things get difficult.
I hope that's something like what you want, otherwise I just wasted five minutes of my life :erg:

I understand the concept of making or changing people/critters. I can not bring up a world view and place the people in their percise locations that I want them in.

Double click on the cell name to load it in the Render Window then drag and drop.
You can add levelled lists of creatures/NPC's as well.

Ok I got it now. Im understanding concept and having fun. Thanks for help. One last thing, how do you shift the camera view?

Hold the right mouse button and move the mouse. The Shift and CTRL keys also moev the camera differently when held. Z zooms, but so does the mouse wheel.
