And that's just the "main" versions (each one has other versions). While they don't tell you much regarding what the series is about, they leave no doubt about the attitude behind the show. And they're pretty much guaranteed to drive your grandparents out of the room, which is always nice. Also, the opening songs are sung by the show's voice actors.

Edit: As far as anime goes, aside from Cowboy Bebop, I like (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSkuLVsZZEQ) Le Portrat de Petit Cossette. It gives just enough information to create some mystery, atmospheric, and makes you (me anyway) curious to know what's going on.
