Solved it by myself, i took one from a trader, nicked it right infront of his eyes, and 2 guards for that matter.:D

I only found one crossbow in the entire game (dwemer crossbow) there are prolly more, but i still suggest that if you want to be a marksman, download the marksman mod.
(throwing axes, more bows and crossbows, more arrows, more bolts (crossbows use bolts, not arrows btw) and darts, and also some non-marksman weapons like a warhammer, axes...
so if you want to be a dwarf like charcter like in the fantasy books, get some war hammers, throwing axes, pickaxes and such :)
