Tough crowd (hears a heckle or two). It had me rollin, especially the elephant nipple ring. :D Plenty of photoshop politcal images on the site, take a look around. Plenty of Obama images as well.

The issue is it isn't subtle at all. There is no real significance other than "lol McCain's head on some gay dude's body lol". You might not find the poster funny, but it's making a reference to something at least. Some of the photoshops there were OK, but they lacked any political reference whatsoever, which is the whole point of joking about either candidate. You could just as easily have put anyone's head on someone elses body and it would be about the same.
