I thought (
http://library.lib.binghamton.edu/evos/evoslecture/) this was a very well presented and balanced take on ID versus the Evolutionary Theory. It takes some time to watch, but Professor Elliot Sober is a great presenter, and this web lecture was supremely interesting to watch and easy to follow.
He is not a proponent of ID, but gives it a fair treatment, and points out where the significant faults lie within ID.

(
http://philosophy.wisc.edu/sober/) Elliott Sober's web page with (
http://philosophy.wisc.edu/sober/papers.htm) a link to some of his papers.
I'm currently reading these papers, which expand upon and are more of an academic take on the topic in that lecture:
"The Design Argument". An expanded version of a paper first published in W. Mann, ed., The Blackwell Guide to Philosophy of Religion, 2004.
"Intelligent Design and Probability Reasoning." International Journal for the Philosophy of Religion, 2002, 52: 65-80.
The sound is pretty horrid when the introducer is speaking, but Professor Sober's on a mic and the sound is fine when he starts his lecture. I can really recommend this one for a non-heated presentation on these issues.

Your links appear to be brokened.

Hm. So they seem. They worked when I posted them, though, so maybe it's a temporary problem.
Well, the Sober links work, anyway.
EDIT: Links seem to be working again.

...and that is my main problem with evolution.
