Hello radogoal!
I did a quick google search and the first thing that popped up is Nick Dablin's webpage. He is known here as "nicked" and is a fantastic FM author. He has a very thorough description on how to make missions and it is for absolute beginners. Even though it's in english (you can copy + paste it in Google Translate to make a german translation) it's very detailed and will definitely help you if you decide to make an FM.
Here is the link to his page:

Vortex85 also has a nice tutorial for Dromed in the form of a youtube video series. This is in english too and you can't really translate it but turning on the subtitles can help a bit with understanding.
Here is the link to his Youtube playlist:

The nicked tutorial is the go-to first step. The vortex videos are great too, but your second most useful resource for starting is the tutorials thread. Ctrl + F and find what you need:

In third place, just going to the Editors Guild and using the Search in this forum function is amazing to learn.
Fourth, the dromed discord server is a great place to ask after you can't solve it yourself, and also to see other people working on their stuff so you feel less alone taming the wild dromed. There's an invite in the Editor's Guild forum.
Then there's also Taming Dromed, a youtube series by Dale that takes a while to find but it's good for when you dominate the basic usage and want to start importing custom models and textures.
I don't know nor think that any german resources exist. And dromed at the beggining is cluncky and obtuse, but it's one of those things with a steep learning curve at the begginging that gets easier the more you keep at it.

Some rather old, written tutorials in German are available in the "Downloads" section of the german (
www.ttlg.de) TTLG.DE site. At least some of them are translations of english tutorials. If nothing else gets you going, looking around there would be an option.

When I started building Thief levels 10 years ago I used Komag's Tutorial PDF. It's very straight forward and you'll setup your mission in no time. His way of explaining is really good and fun:

I'd recommend to give yourself some time to fully dive into the tutorial (or any of the other tutorials that you go for), Dromed looks scary but I was able to familiarize myself with it pretty quickly, and that is coming from a slow learner.
Good luck and good to hopefully have another mission builder in the future!
