I recently patched twice with both the premium and the regular to Thief 2. Two separate times and I still crash. What weird is that I crashed when 1: tried to pick up loot 2: water arrow splash effect. I'm sure there are more problems

Does anyone have any idea how I can stop it from freezing. I'm on a thief binge and I can't play!!! the patched didnt work.

Which patch were you using? Was it a ddfix patch, or a texture patch, a widescreen patch, what? Did you use the -lgntforce tag when you installed Thief 2? Are you running a dual (or more) core machine? Please give us more detail, and maybe we can help you a little bit.

Based on this sentence, my guess is Misterscout was referring to the official patches for thief 2 to make it version 1.18

Yes I was using the 1.18 patches. I didnt need to use the lightforce patching process. Unless I need to?
As far as any other patched I didnt know I had to use any others.
I do have a dual core processor.
