When I select a military service, the game crashes with the standard "encountered a problem" notice. I have patched the game, and cutscenes don't work. I used the on-cd codec installer. I tried compatibility mode to Win98. Also applied the Win2k/XP compatibility modded EXE.

Intel Celeron M 1.7GHz
ATI XPress 200 128mb
2 gb ram
