im not an expert on the subject but as far as i know . . . . . . . .
THERE IS NO OTHER WAY AT ALL, NO ONE CAN HELP YOU, YOU ARE DOOMED
on the plus side you should have a nice full set of deadric armour and possibly 2 very nice deadric weapons
I'm guessing you havent finished the main quest and so you should probably start again from the start or go back to an old save, b4 u slaughtered some helpful old Televanni wizard and his . . . . wives . . . . . daughters . . . . . . whatever
Seriously though there are topics on thjis already so just use the Search function
(your still doomed though the threads all say the same thing as me ;) )

Your pretty much skrewed now. My condolences.
However, I think it's still possible if you haven't killed Fyr... I think you need a high ammount of Personality, an 100 Point Charm Spell, and a 100 Point Calm Humanoid...
It would probably be easier to load a save or start over again.

Ok, you can either do what Minion says and get a lot of Personality boosting spells and whatnot, or you can take the Back Path method. Search for that on the Spoilers forum, you should get some results.

I suppose you're playing on a console and not on PC? You can get round it easily enough on a PC...if you're X-Boxing, then I agree with the others that you've had it, although as Ryushi says there's another way to do the main quest.

A) X-Box users should reload; there is no other way to get your corpus cured.
Pc-users can use the following cheats to get cured and proceed in the Main Quest. The following cheats is everything that happens when you drink the potion Divayth Fyr would have given you if you hadn’t killed someone dear to him. Open the console and type the next few cheats.
Journal "A2_3_CorprusCure" 50
player->addspell "common disease immunity"
player->addspell "blight disease immunity"
player->addspell "corprus immunity"
Cast "Cure Common Disease Other" Player
Cast "Cure Blight Disease" Player
player->removespell “corprus”

You are screwed - you can either cheat (if you have the PC) or do the back main quest (or reload/begin again). You will still have Corprus though. There aren't any shrines that will cure you.
The personality thing only works if you have killed a Corprus Beast only. If you kill one of his Wife/Daughters or Yagram, getting his disposition over 70% doesn't work.
