Does it ever happen that Beard doesn't ask for retarded artifacts? I just started a new game and he asked me for two tier 3 artifacts, which I only ever found once in Pripyat. WTF man, ask for something sensible! :grr:
Otherwise, is there anywhere ever a mod that makes Beard not retardedly demanding?

More importantly, why are you accepting artifact quests from Beard without already having them in your inventory?

I don't accept them. I just check them out. It's still retarded. There's no possible way to get those artifacts at this point of the game without some form of cheating.

I'm pretty sure artifacts spawn entirely randomly and even tier 3 can appear in Zaton. You're just unlucky.
