The thing is po whatever this guy and his chums are doing for you you're paying for it right? Just ask them to be more careful, nicely, and bill them/deduct any damages when they complete the job. Just make sure you document it all and keep reciepts for replacements. Photos of damage would be nice too. This kind of ammo is the equivalent of Scot's leather crew.
