I am...perhaps. Can't say for sure, as I have a few college exams to do (the ones that would allow me to enter a Finnish college). After I'm done with them, maybe. I do have an idea for a level. It won't be a winner, but it could be rather interesting.

Would it be possible for one of you to create a very basic 1 room FM, maybe with the entire task to be to pick up a purse from a table. Basically something very simple so that I can test GarrettLoader on it?
I would do it myself but I am trying to keep my PC as free of the editor as possible so that I know what kind of problems might arise on an install of an FM.
Also would it be possible to compile it to an ibt and a gmp (2 zips).
Thanks in advance.

So who is participating in this? I'm rather curious.
I've been working on something for the past few days and hope to have it completed in time for the contest. I've never done this before so I'm just sort of hoping that I'm budgeting my time correctly, but six weeks should hopefully be enough for what I have planned. I'd post a screenshot, but I'm not sure if that's allowed. I've come up with a few ideas for neat little effects that I'm rather proud of.

Ok, Its summer now, and I'm finally out of school. I have no more excuses... I'm gonna try my hand at a small FM.

angrypenguin, if you could that would be great, haven't checked my email yet if you already have though.

Yikes! ~21 mb and I'm only about half done what I have planned out. My mission is going to be disqualified before it's finished. I'm going to try to keep to the same schedule and the rest of the rules, though, so if all goes well I'll release my mission around the time of the contest. I'm thinking of doing some beta testing, though, so it may be pushed back a bit by that.
On the plus side, this means that my mission should hopefully be bigger and more polished than I'd originally planned for it to be. I'll post a few screenshots somewhere when I hit the 25mb mark.

Krellek's Labyrinth has reached 30 megs so mine's disqualified too & I put it together just for the contest :p .

I would suggest that the size limitation in MB isn't much use. It really has to be floor area or volume, say, in Unreal units.
