Construction Kit: How can I make a teleportation item?

I want to be able to use an item to transport me to my [spoiler]Hlaalu Stronghold[/spoiler], but I am unsure how to do this.

I would like to use a ring or an amulet and and the ability to it that when used it will teleport me to a certain predefined location. Can this be done very easily? Anyone able to help?

Try looking at the Aundae, Berne & Quarra amulets, you should be able to copy their scripts easily and assign it to a new item.
