when i try to load the morrowind.esm, i get an error (animation group problem see warning.txt) that points me towards the warnings txt which gives me a list of about 100 errors that are all basicaly the same.
Bad note string "SoundGen: Moan" frame 1505 in "base_anim.nif".
Bad note string "SoundGen: Roar" frame 1522 in "base_anim.nif".
Bad note string "SoundGen: Scream" frame 1540 in "base_anim.nif".

Ik looks like a hard error but it's very easy to solve it.
When you started the CS go to 'file' and choose 'data files...'. Then you need to double click on the data file you want to load so that there is a "X" mark in front of the date file name. Then click 'OK' and the data file is loaded.

this is an example of letting emotions get in the way of rational and logic!!
i had tried it several times lets say ten or more and had goten nothing but more and more pissed i clicked on every button several times left came back tried again read help manuals i did everything but double click the little box next to the name:idea:
so thanks for showing me that it really was as simple as i knew it should be.:thumb:

I had the same problem when I started to use the CS :sweat:
After a couple of hours browsing thru this forum and the official morrowind forum I found the solution.
So you are not the only one that feels kinda stupid :rolleyes:
