Is it possible to make one? What will happen if I'm wearing it then I do something?
Or a CE summon creature? what would happen if the creature dies?

I've created a CE invisibility. It works, but makes the game suck b/c noone can see you. The CE summon works also. See Gothren in Tel Ahrun, he has 2 dremoras with him all the time that you have to kill to defeat him. It's not a good enchantment though, because if you fly somewhere or recall the creature cannot follow you and it will be gone.

Hrm... I'd have guessed that a constant-effect invis would break when you did anything, but could be restored by removing/wearing the item in question. Likewse, I know that a constant-effect summon works well, in that if the critter dies you just unequip/euip it and it's back.
No idea re: a constant-effect recall though ;)

I didn't realize it was possible to make any CE, I thought I could only find artifacts with CE
could anyone tell me how to achieve such effect???

You need a grand soul stone or the Azure Star with a Golden Saint soul in it. It's nearly impossible to enchant a CE yourself, so take it to an enchanter. Note: It's very expensive so make sure you have tons of gp.
