Well, I guess a link to the FM's site will do. Concerning the programm's languages, will it be possible to choose the language I like? I would do the German ones, if I can help there. In fact every German thief player understands enough English to use it, but it's still more comfortable.

The link would need to come from the FM in that case. I do not have a decent host to put a database on or anything like that(For now) to manage that separately from the FM itself.
As far as the language goes people who understand both languages well enough to do a good translation is the normal problem.

I think thelvynloader is a bit pretentious :)
You'd probably get a bunch of emails asking what "The Lvyn" is, too.
If you have the time, could you include the ability to toggle between editor and game installations like Thief 3 Launcher does? Having to use two separate programs to edit and play missions always irritated me, and I never figured out how to integrate T3Launcher with Garrettloader's plugin system thing properly.

No advice from me, but I would certainly be interested in using your program (should you write it). I've had nothing but problems with Garrettloader, and I can't stand its interface.

Yup, GL can be buggy, and when you're both a Builder and FM player, it sometimes confuses T3exe from T3edit folder with the original install, which might be dangerous... I prefer using GL to install FM's but I launch T3 from Dracflamloc's launcher.

I dont see why not. Darkloader has a editor button I could do something similar.

I am still looking for feedback at this point. That and finding the time to do it is problematic at this time :)

I will have a separate path for the editor I would think.

Well I was thinking about the name and I came up with FleshLoader.
Feedback is welcome as are replacement suggestions.
I plan to open source it when done btw.
Also I would eventually like some help writing the help files and context sensitive help.

I wouldn't. Kingers "announced" a T3 loader quite early on with the same name before doing the usual "abandon project and storm off after criticism" routine.

Well I am open to suggestions then :)
How about "TTLG Thief 3 Loader" ?
Beleg Cúthalion on 6/5/2007 at 20:38
Veto.
Sounds like segregation. In fact I am only at ttlg.com because my co(y)-moderator was tired of acting as a messenger between the TDS-FM authors and me...when I was doing the translations. Why not call it FleshLoader after asking if we're allowed?
