Thanks Biker, I very much appreciate that but don't mind him - taking the piss out of me is his mission in life - just to keep me amused - I'm sure you'll understand that. But he does get above himself, so it's my mission in life to slap him down. :D
And thank you again for all the help and advice youv'e given me. Star, in every sense of the word.

Similar this morning at 7.00. Couldn't connect to ttlg.com, 206.135.105.20/forums or The Circle. Keep doing the rounds. Got to the Circle after 5 minutes; ttlg.com took another 4.

Some more information.
Tried to get on at 17:20 BST (Firefox 3) with no luck via url or IP so tried the Circle. That came up at 17:24. When I attempted to access a ttlg thread via The Circle I got :
PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 7C82FA21The 2 tabs that were "Loading" became "Done" at 17:33 but showed blank pages. I tried via The Circle link again, and got through OK this time.
The IP tab blank page changed to the forum page at 17:42.
It's now 17:47 and the
(http://www.ttlg.com/forums/) tab is still displaying a blank page. Everything is working OK in the other 2 tabs.

That's because the server was being rebooted. (Rebooting servers takes a long time)
There was no problem with the server this morning at 07:00. I was reading the forums at the time!

Well, apart from a slight hiccup yesterday evening, I still have had no more problems since whatever it was I did.
I could have started a new thread but can't be arsed. But would like to say, if you catch this post David, how enormously impressed I am that I managed to receive the same private message that I sent earlier on today, at the same time as I sent it. First time I've ever received a message from myself.
Now just wondering what would happen if I replied to myself. :laff:
Fantastic, I can reply to myself as well.

Well, the trick with the IP address didn't work for me, if anyone is interested in this. But as I said, I think that the problem I experience is created on my side of the connection, and it's not a big issue for me anymore.
