I don't know how many of you have seen Battlestar Galactica (the new one), but there is a character in it named Gaius Baltar. In Deus Ex, this exact name is frequently brought up in e-mails. Below is a screen capture of one of these e-mails. Is this just a coincidence, or is there a connection here? The name seems too unorthodox to be mere coincidence, don't you think?
