I was merrily playing along when I realised that every piece of Armor including the stuff I was wearing showed as "Armor Rating:0" thought this was strange until I checked my stats and found that all my armor skills and enduranc have been reduced to "0". I have checked for poisons etc.. but I'm fine...
Can anyone out there help with this 'cos I've got some sorted armor but its useless at the moment.....Pm me Please?????

Have you ever gotten your armor repaired? It does get damaged in fights and as that happens, its effectiveness (read "armor rating") is reduced.
Edit to add: Your armor's rating is also dependent on your skill in that type of armor. You'll actually get a better armor rating from armor types for which you're skilled. That is, if your highest armor skill is Light Armor, you'll get more protection from Light Armor (ex. chitin, glass) than from Medium or Heavy armor.

Have you recently picked up a sword called 'Fury'? If so then I'm afraid you'll either have to re-train your armour skills or re-load from a previous save.
If you're on PC then you should get the latest patch as it fixes the sword's effect (but applying it now won't fix your character). You could also fix your stats using the console if you can remember what they were.
If you're on Xbox then I think going back to a previous save is the only thing you can do (and don't pick up that sword!)
Of course if you haven't picked up (strictly equipped) Fury then I don't know what's caused your problem.

Good point you guys. I never picked up Fury, so never experienced it's peculiar effects. :)

Eh... well... I've been pretty much everywhere in Morrowind in my countless journeys and, yes, I have come across Fury. It was the name, I swear... 'Fury.' It just sounded cool so I, ya know... might have possibly equipped it. I still think it's a good sword. It's a cursed blade that has certainly become infamous. It's everything you need in a sword (unless you're wielding.)
