My "main" community is the forum for the band (http://board.muse.mu) Muse. I have only passing interest in the band nowadays, but there's lots of intellectual, funny and nice people in the offtopic section (naturally, the area where Muse is discussed is inhabitated by drooling idiots). It's insanely active messageboard, so there's always something to talk about. Lots of talking about current affairs, media in all of it's forms and such. I've actually visited UK to see some of these people. Had time of my life.

I lurk TTLG more than I post, but I've been a bit more active lately. Makes a change from all the Brits to have a mainly American community. This place is a bit spiteful from time to time though.

Then there's (http://www.noise.fi/) Noise.fi that I participate in due for reviewing albums for the site. The Messageboard is quite slow, would love to see it spiced up.

Lastly, there's Waffles.FM, which has it's share of hipsters, snobs and idiots, but it's also full of people who have endless recommendations for great music. Their forums are funny as hell too.

The last community I hung it in was Furcadia but they didn't have any chakats, so I scooted off right quick, but not before stumbling over into the Arabian Nights pornworld and having a quick foursome with a dragon, a bird, a cow and a squirrel, which was overseen by a batwinged tortoiseshell cat.

I also feel compelled to mention that they were all male.

Otherwise, I hang out on TTLG almost exclusively because there's so much more wild tooth-and-claw sexiness here than on 99% of the rest of the internet (and I'm not talking the Morblivion sex forums tho' that shiz is too cool for school, I mean (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=70) here) and I also smack the fu at Ars Technica because there's some level-headed people there and interesting discussions from time to time.

Giant in the Playground is fun, I go there from time to time.

I'm a regular of the (http://www.zombiemaster.org/smf/index.php) Zombie Master Forums. It started as a mod for HL2, and now it's a community that plays the mod every once in a while. We play lots of Source games and watch movies on Livestream and shit. JetSetLemming is a member there, I don't know if he still visits.

(http://www.warseer.com/forums/index.php) Warseer, because I invest in other nerdy hobbies.

(http://www.christiandiscussionforums.org/v/index.php) CARM, a Christian apologetics forum which is great for debate.

I used to hang out at Neopets when it was just getting popular. I was also a member of (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Stone_(game)) The Stone when it was still in operation, and now I've registered at (http://www.scarecrowsfield.com/) Scarecrow's Field to keep playing. I'm only there occasionally though; The Stone requires a large investment of time which I don't have right now. TTLG is really the only place I visit regularly.

I just use my LJ as a mental dumping ground, a place to repost Jerkcity comics, and to watch some communities. I've had it since before it was cool- i.e. my LJ is practically older than some emo kids who use it have been alive.

Wait, why am I explaining myself? I don't have to explain a goddamn thing. Go fist yourselves. Especially if you have a myspace or facebook.

I resent that. I was actually the octuple-titted cosmic Unicorn of greater sexual awakening.
