If I did, it wouldn't be 'Comm' chat. Besides, bresticles are, like, so out of the dictionary. And I'd mistake it for a portmanteau of 'breast' and 'icicles'. Which is, like, redundant because you could apply it to either gender. I mean:

I think of the word 'testicle' when I read 'chesticle', but that's just me.
