No ketchup is ever going to be sugar-free. There is plenty in tomatoes.
Reminds me of foods with tomato and potato in them which proudly proclaim themselves to be MSG-free. Er, no they aren't, unless you just genetically engineered potatoes and tomatoes that don't have naturally-occurring MSG.

I always assume the sugar listed on labels is "added sugar". The ingredients already list tomato and usually sugar is separate ingredient. But I don't know if the total sugar is sum of the two?
Oh also, I didn't make my stance clear - ketchup on pizza is delicious. You already have a tomato base so it's just more tomato. I still put it on to this day.

Just because it's delicious doesn't make it right.
Also I once had bbq pulled pork and slices of pear on a pizza once. It was suprisingly competent.
