Fox has a right wing bias. Well that's news. CNN leans left. Nothing new to see here....move along.
I'm getting a bit sick of both of them.

I'd like to see the exact quote where he says that. The exact line is
So you did Fox's bidding on this show. You did your nice little conservative hit job on me. What I want to know is ... (cut off by Wallace) The name "Olberman" doesn't sound anything like "Clinton".

Yes indeedy... That movie OutFoxed made some interesting points, I haven't seen it in ages so I don't want to start quoting it on such a foggy memory, but I can strongly
recommend you watching it.
:eww: Had to watch that in PoliSci. I was not impressed with any great loathing of Fox, though at least one of my classmates were. It attacks Fox by taking things out of context, focusing solely on the negatives, and splicing interviews together. I mean, really; attacking a demagouge for forcing his opinion down his listener's throats?
Don't get me wrong, I'm no fan of Fox. I just don't think that 'movie' was worth the time, especially not class time; we have a media library for a reason. If the teacher wants us to watch stuff like that, make it extra credit/required homework.
edit: I have a long time between math and polisci, and the lounge has a TV set up tuned to CNN; they aired a funny pisstake of Clinton's angry speech by replacing 'Osama Bin Laden' with 'Santa Claus' and 'stupid reporter' with 'cute kid'.

CNN does
NOT have a left-wing bias. Their coverage of the the build-up to the Iraq war and especially Bush's
casus belli was so obviously in thrall to the neocon agenda it was appalling. Even worse was their spin on the public opinion polls and the Bush-Kerry debates in 2004. Their pro-Bush bullshit was so fucking enraging I haven't gone to their website directly since the election, and only rarely will I click on a link that leads to one of their stories.

There is no mainstream left-wing media in the US. There's right-wing media and pussy-ass, balanced, don't-rock-the-boat, neutered media. Though Olberman's doing his best to change that but nobody watches MSNBC.
Not that having a left-wing mainstream source to offset the right-wing mainstream sources is really a laudible goal. I'd really just be happy if the media did it's fucking job, which shouldn't involve running to either wing.

Im not really sure what to think, some people say that since Bill is such a good politician he would never let himself get angry unless it was intentional, others think it was spontaneous.
Personally, I would like to think he just got pissed because he's working on his global initave and actually trying to do somthing, and all people can think about is just how to pin all of the current problems on him. I think he was genuinly angry, he was probably prepared for the question since he knew it would come up, but I dont know if he intended to be so animated.
