Is there a mod to make underwater clear, so it is easy to see when under?

But Matthew, that would involve READING! :p

Pretty much, Meta, you should really look around first. The mods you list aren't anything special. They're very common. Just googling 'Oblivion mods' will give you the two biggest mod sites for Oblivion. And after that, it's a simple search to get you what you need.
(Btw, you also don't need two threads...)

Of course, how silly of me.

In Oblivion, there is nothing to see underwater, actually.
Besides, there are so many waterbreathing-enchanted items you can get doing quests that I don't really see the need in a clear water mod for as soon as you are underwater the water is pretty clear...

Things can always be made to look better, though.

Sure, but the issue was 'seeing underwater easily', so I just pointed out that it is also possible without any mods, using only ingame original means, thinking such an information can also be helpful.

Clear Water MOD is for Morrowind and Blue Lagoon makes water blue, not clear. But at least you tried to help, Matthew, so thank you for that.
I have searched before posting. I have used TTLG forums since first Thief game came out and am very familiar how things work here and how many useless posts get on here to waste people's time (just look at this thread for some examples).
Besides, even if I was able to find an answer with some effort, there are people new to Oblivion who are not familiar with all its aspects and would benefit from a thread such as this, if it was answered by knowledgeable veterans.
My suggestion is if you can't answer a question, don't.
(unless you actually want to look stupid...)
