I've already finished the game, but thanks for the link. I think I'll try SRP, and see if it does make a difference.

Other than the glitches I though CS was lots of fun. Granted it wasn't nearly as fun as SOC but it was still up there compared to a lot of games out now adays. Personally CS was more fun than Hl2 imo.

It took me a while to get around to playing Stalker: SoC (just getting near the end now) so I'm not too disappointed about the lackluster reaction to the followup. In fact the wait also made available the 2009 complete mod. It's been one of my favorite gaming experiences in a long time. I wish FO3 could have come close to that atmosphere. Hopefully CoP will bring back some of that gaming brilliance.
