Yes, it's in russian, because half of people, or even more than half, speak Russian here. But do you call Canadians or Irishmen Englishmen? :p

That's correct :) And many of those pictures are taken from old Soviet cold war-era instructions.

I won't be able to run it on DX10 (die VISTA die) but only seeing the new locations and my little favorite, the bloodsucker, gives me goosebumps.
