So I finally got some time to play Clear Sky. But I'm having this odd problem: whenever I try setting up the resolution to 1280x1024, the game won't accept it, and instead reverts to a lower resolution. So I've been playing at 1280x960. I've tried googling this, but couldn't find any reference to such problem. Does anyone has any idea what could be causing this?
I'm playing version 1.0007, under XP (which means DX9), and my card is a nVidia GTX280.

Well, 1280 x 960 is actually a true 4:3 resolution unlike 1280 x 1024, which is 5:4. But the problem could be the game not detecting your monitor correctly, you got the latest monitor drivers installed I assume?
